While this movement is focused on inspiring women to become more conscious of the way we feed ourselves and our families - it is my hope to also inspire men in the process. Even if you don't consider yourself to be "vegan" or "plant-based," just yet, the main goal is to simply incorporate more plants into your daily meals for a healthier life.
